The Portland Arts and Cultural Alliance (PACA) participated in the American’s for the Arts economic impact study during 2006. Sally helped PACA administer the study by managing the collection of local data through audience surveys, organizational surveys and individual artist surveys. The study, titled Arts and Economic Prosperity, calculated the role non-profit arts and cultural events and organizations have on the local economy.
